Our Team
Linda Bass Yaffe » Broker/Owner
Linda has been in the real estate business since 1992. She began her career as a corporate attorney at one of Baltimore’s top law firms. Linda then joined a variety of real estate companies before opening her own Century 21 office in 1997. Over the next ten years, Linda and her husband, Wayne, owned and operated Century 21 locations in Owings Mills and Odenton.
In 2007, Linda and Wayne became fully independent, and Yaffe Real Estate was born. Their plan was to create a real estate brokerage that served all of the needs of their clients. They did just that: Traditional sales, short sales, relocation, rentals, and property management. No matter the situation, the team at Yaffe Real Estate will handle it with professionalism and expertise. Linda and Wayne Yaffe also started Chesapeake Property Management, Inc. in 1997, a property management company that serves the Baltimore Metro Area.
Linda is a lifelong Baltimore resident, and enjoys Baltimore's easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, great neighborhoods and friendly people. She has three children with her husband, Wayne, and enjoys exercising and volunteering in a variety of organizations.

Wayne Yaffe » President
As Owner and President of Chesapeake Property Management, Inc., Wayne takes pride in treating each rental property as if it were his own. A former home builder, Wayne brings decades of experience into each property management situation to provide his clients the best customer service possible. Chesapeake Property Management manages over 250 properties in the Baltimore Metro Area. It is here to provide "peace of mind" to clients worldwide.
In his free time, Wayne enjoys coaching his children's basketball and lacrosse teams, while playing golf, listening to music, and spending time with his friends and family.

Mary Towle » Real Estate Partner
With over a decade of real estate experience, Mary is an expert at helping customers find their dream homes. A Hunt Valley resident, Mary will make you comfortable during the buying, selling or renting process. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Jessica is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
